Robin is an inspiration to many people around the world. He has over 20 years of work experience, holding senior positions in various fields with a keen commercial acumen. Before starting Aspire Digital, Robin was the global head of a process with Vodafone group, providing leadership to teams across the globe.
He built the Digital Strategy for Vodafone's system landscape for a finance process using a combination of traditional and new age agile technology. Robin led the design and delivery of various strategic initiatives that has saved the company over USD 25 Million in revenues. He has held various key positions on the Digital Transformation agenda working with industry leading companies across Europe, Middle East, and APAC with industry exposure in Insurance, Telecom, Retail, and banking. Robin provides the leadership to the newly inspired group company that has "Digital Transformation" at the core and agility in its DNA. He Personally has an unblemished and proven history of innovating using a combination of latest technologies, defying conventions, challenging status quo, and delivering complex world class programs. This coupled with his experience of leading multi-million-dollar large scale complex programs across continents is well received by the company's investors and clients alike.
Corrine Freese is the Group Head of the Human Resource Development at Aspire Digital. In this role, she is responsible for envisioning the roadmap for HR, driving strategy, and implementing operational priorities aligned with the overall organizational mandate. Corrine has over a decade of experience and has led several global HR functions in various organizations.
In her wide-ranging experience in these organization-wide transformation and capability driven development, she is also instrumental in building strong leadership development initiatives. Corrine holds a master’s in psychology. She is a people's person and an avid reader who loves wildlife. She is passionate about learning and development and exploring new ideas in HR and Organization development
Kawalijeet Bijjan (Goldy) is a mentor to many people in the SPM world. He has over 13 years of industry experience holding Architect Manager positions in various organizations across the globe. Before working with Aspire Digital Group, Goldy was a Manager in Ernst & Young LLP India.
He has worked with Honeywell, Congnizant, Vodafone and Hitachi Consulting in his career. He has successfully delivered many projects in SAP Commissions/Workflow and has trained many clients and business Partners.
